I am a native English speaker from England. I have over 10 months experience working in Japan as an English Conversation Teacher, teaching a wide range of students aged from 4 to 60 years old. I also have a Trinity Cert. TESOL qualification and experience teaching English to adult learners in London.
My degree was in Graphic Design. My design background displays my ability to illustrate ideas and information clearly and simply. This is beneficial when ensuring correct understanding in an
EFL classroom. Teaching English is something that I am passionate about and find very rewarding. Cultures and languages have inspired much of my design work. My creative side enables me to
keep lessons interesting, varied and personal.
I can speak advanced Japanese (JLPT level 2) and have experience working within a Japanese environment.
